When Mr. King passed away, unfortunately, the changes that were made and the people who gained authority from his passing had ways of doing things I didn't agree with. Pay decreased. I have moved around from position to position due to the shortage in employment and was told I would be compensated for it but I wasn't. I was also thrown into a lot of positions with no training and had to figure out the job role by myself which I really enjoyed. However, when something was done incorrectly I would be in trouble for it when in reality I was never trained on how the company expected the work done in the first place. It's not the company per say, it's some employees that are not friendly, it doesn't feel like a team.
