      Overworked and stressed 24/7 While juggling 10 different things are asked why xxx is not done. There is no sense of priority as you are expected to handle the workload of multiple people. Toxic work culture from all levels of the company Expected to be "on" all the time and penalized if not/seen as lazy No work life balance, didn't have proper breaks They fire people without notice or reasoning. Happened often throughout my time there. Always short of operating cash and the employees (and guests) are the ones left with the effects
