Senior Management has no real-world experience. If you're not a salesperson you're nobody. Every executive minds every department's business but their own. New "hero of the week" gets hired to fix everything but the people who are the root cause of the problems continue to work here. Anyone who actually knew what they were doing was run off by those who were threatened and afraid their lack of knowledge and experience would show through. You don't know how oppressive an environment it really is until you wake up the first day after you leave and feel like you were reborn. Unless you 'honk if you know L. Ron Hubbard', you're not part on the 'in crowd''.

-The company participates in some felony hire program. Searches on coworkers through county websites will yield frightening results. Non felonious employees have mentioned carrying mace and at least one has conceal and carry permit and carries to work. -Management is micromanaging and suffocating. -Caustic and oppressive environment. The good people have left, the ones left behind couldnt get hired anywhere else. -Zero opportunity for advancement. -Impossible expectations -Constant redirection, you will get many directives from many places and at times conflicting -no perks, no company culture -pay is beyond ridiculously low, benefits are average or below average Do yourself a favor and skip this company. there's nothing to see here.
