However, be cautious when working in the Family Support Services Division or Workforce Development Division. These divisions lack knowledgeable leadership, are not purpose-driven, and show a lack of empathy towards the individuals they support. Additionally, they often fail to provide adequate guidance, proper training, or coaching to support the team, leading to extreme burnout. Furthermore, there have been concerns regarding the Vice President's leadership style/ experience, resulting in extremely high staff turnover.
