Horrific back stabbing management. One week they will pull you aside saying what a great job you are doing. Then they undercut you by hiring people for a much lower wage, making up stories why they are letting you go.
Maybe just some of the benefits but aren’t really worth it.
Cons
No work/life balance, higher management expects you to breathe and swear by the company, high stress environment, there are no teams, is everyone for themselves, job expectations are never clear, training is poor. Company culture is to rule by fear, not good.
