Pros
The hire anybody so if your desperate enough and can't find work anywhere and will take just about anything at this point then this will do it.
Cons
The work you like a slave, every part of you will hurt, their breaks are very short, you don't get a preference on position, don't complain they will fire you, you will be standing in the same position for 8 hours, you need to be fast, hardly anyone speaks English, if you have children you may want to consider that you cannot have your phone with you at all not even in case of emergencies. You are just a body at this company nothing more than that, a dime a dozen.
