The interview process is inappropriate at times. You are required to pay a high price for your company uniform and to pay if the register is short. The turnover is very high. The owner/management is hyper-focused on unrealistic productivity standards and will constantly watch you through the cameras yet they give very little training. One is expected to be able to read their minds and know how to do everything in the store on day one. They are always understaffed and will have you work in all areas around the store. The management strictly controls breaks and they are always interrupted. Do not expect to end your shift on time on any day.

Micromanagement with no actual training. ZERO positive reinforcement or feedback. You will be told you're doing something wrong when you were never give any directions and used common sense. Then you will be told by someone else you're doing THAT wrong, because nothing is written down for consistency, because, and I quote, "That's too corporate." You will be frustrated after your first hour in the building and it will never go away. The racism is insidious and the people in charge are the culprits. I promise the money is not worth it.
