Pros
CEO and general culture is very caring (with a sarcastic twist) Understanding of hardships (unexpected or not) Work can be interesting, but not necessarily fulfilling
Cons
Definitely not for everyone – social culture is very sarcastic and dry Dev was often overworked Design was often underworked Management was wonky and workflow was hardly ever followed
