The employees, but that you can find anywhere.

Cons

They pay a little above the minimum rate and say the salaries are competitive. People are treated like trash, if you have a voice you're out. They say the salary is emotional but they forget that people have bills to pay, and the emotions should only be happiness and pride, you can't disagree about anything, Sooner or later you're out or, if you want to keep your job, you can join the union.
