Boese Property Management is truly a team collaboration in every sense. Each department is interconnected and everyone helps each other reach company and personal goals/deadlines. The company celebrates the success of its employees and encourages them to bring their best each and every day. When a team member invests their time, hard work, and effort into the company, the company returns the favor - which is all you should ever want in a career. Great staff - flexible hours - rewarding work.
Cons
As a newer company to the market there are some ways it can't compete with the bigger companies but Boese Property Management makes up for it with a pleasant work environment and great career building opportunities.
