Good food, Bad Management

Pros

Employees can get free food during work hours. Great for employees who can speak Chinese

Cons

False impression that this company will grow rapidly to become like Panda Express one day. Unfortunately the company runs like a mom and pop shop, lack of professionalism in the corporate management. Many good employees have left knowing that the growth in this company is limited. Owner focuses more on brotherhood

Pros

-Not La Puente, dunno why it made me clicked that -My first job, gained a lot of experienced, bittersweet -Applied and within 30 mins, I got a called from HR asking me to come in. Started working ASAP, no interview lmao -Holiday Pay before, think it ended 2018. Used to work all them holidays. BOOOO!!!! -Went through three or four great managers before the big boss lady came to take over, she was cool too though -Amazing tips before it became pool -free full meals before, hot pot and 1 side -paid vacation time, didn't take any though but they paid me for those hours I had stocked up. Thank you -401 k -Health Insurance -Flexible scheduling -Amazing drinks, green tea got me all wired up -Opportunities for growth, had to transfer stores to finally get an opportunity though -Occasionally would run into some hard-working employees who would go above and beyond with me, couldn't be too nice to them though because others would take it as favoritism

Cons

-pool tips, some workers wouldn't do much and do the bare -minimum, trainees would take advantage of this and eventually "passed' their training. Took them super long to pass it -No more holiday pay -petty coworkers who can't take constructive feedback -terrible cooking etiquette from cooks, had to cook my own meals -Hella drama from female supervisors and their boyfriends, loved spreading rumors. Once you asked them about what their issue is, they act dumb and start crying smh -inappropriate behaviors from senior supervisor, remembered this guy talking mad weird about some HS girls
