      They claimed to be like family but were not

      Working directly with guests and clients was an amazing experience

      I put 5 years of my heart and soul into this company. Thought it would be my lifelong career. I was a Captain for over 3 years and many came and went in that time. I wound up with some conflict with a couple co-workers and they chose to let me go over very unfair reasons. I lost 3 years of the Percy investment I had earned, and my heart was broken over not being considered an asset for truly unfair conflicts with a couple people there. They treated me like family for years, but when I needed them to have my back, they let me go. No loyalty whatsoever.

      Highest paid for this position in boise. Good supervisors and culture. One of the few entry level full-time positions that is not upper leadership.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement.
