I have been working at Boise State University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Access to campus resources, like food, rec-center, events ect... are great. Great benefits and vacation time.

    Cons

No discounted parking on campus (in fact it's more expensive for employees than students). Your experience will vary depending on your manager or department.

I have been working at Boise State University full-time

    Pros

Small city, relatively low living cost. The university cares about the growth of their employees. And as a teacher, they offer a lot of training opportunities to help you become a better teacher.

    Cons

As more people moving to boise, the living cost here is getting higher and higher, the population is also growing.

I worked at Boise State University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

It was a fairly easy job, I had to come in for 20 hours a week. My program made an emphasis on school before work so if I couldn't come in it wasn't a big deal.

    Cons

I was left some days in my office doing nothing because they didn't notify the department that they had a consultant data analyst on hand to use.
