      Decent company to start off with

      Pros

      Independent culture to work in. Small teams and a positive culture. Located in central Mangalore. Learning culture.

      Cons

      Low pay. Intrusive upper management. Processes not in place in the company. No plans for growth and vision.

      Pros

      Work environment was good, no arrival time or exit time restrictions Good VEM client projects.

      Cons

      No time for VEM clients employee. Some goes exactly at their own time - they get more hike, some work hard and sit late night but no hike. Especially Bucket people get more hike during increment. Only few PMs had good project management ideas. Other just they talk louder.

      Bolas is a great place to work with a friendly and supportive work environment. The team members are cooperative, and management is approachable and open to suggestions. Work-life balance is good, and deadlines are usually realistic. It’s a good place to learn, improve skills, and gain hands-on experience. The company culture is positive, and colleagues are always willing to help.

      Career growth opportunities and salary hikes could be improved slightly as the company grows.
