- Salary was horrible, comparable to working at a supermarket checkout counter
- Self-management is the biggest nonsense I've ever heard (in real life, people who have been in this company for more than 5 years try to manage fresh people for their own benefits).
- Terrible work environment. If there is no project for you as a product designer you have to make marketing materials so that's why their employer branding is so good. People pretend to be telling everyone else what a great environment it is and how much self-organization has given them because otherwise they are seen as inferior and in the first place to be kicked out of the company.
- I got a junior paid position and I was in the project where I had to do work for a senior designer who had left the project. I was introduced to the client as a SENIOR. Despite my efforts, I was (obviously) not a good fit, everyone saw it, but no one appreciated anything. Instead, there were growing expectations and frustration.
- Feedback process is another joke here. It existed only for group of people advancing through sycophantic behavior rather than competence.
