- If you like fixing things where everything is on fire 24/7 - If you absolutely (need) a paycheck and this is the only place willing to give you that opportunity. (Keep on the lookout for other positions immediately).

Cons

Pretty much everything you can think of. - Poor Leadership (Product Management) - Nepotism - Pretentiousness - Beurocracy/Politics (Playing Game of Thrones) - Hire & don't take the advice of subject matter experts. - Downsized 60% of the workforce to (look more profitable to sell the company). - You'll end up working 60-80/hrs a week and still be told that you're underperforming.

Do not fall victim of this company. They pain pretty pictures and it’s all fabricated! They hire ppl literally weekly.. then if ur lucky st 3 months take u all the newbies just hired and anyone else and throw you away! They over hire, don’t train, and don’t follow with what their CONTRACT/Offer letter says. They make this job seem amazing! Do not be fooled!! They “laid off” 100+ agents and ppl who were with jobs for 10+ years and were like oh we are reconstructing our company, we will be in touch in a few months. Here’s your info to apply for Foodstamps and unemployment. It’s sickening!! Kim Does not care, nor Tanisha. The “managers” are never on the same page. HR says not to say to things to your manager which is super weird!
