Pros

None just work long hours not get paid the amount told. They will give any excuse to pay you minimum wage. They don't even train people just throw them to the sites.

Cons

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY SUCKS THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. FAT LAZY AND JUST PLAIN IGNORANT. THIS COMPANY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Pros

They will give you hours if you perform well, show up on time, and follow procedures. The office is in a nice location in North Scottsdale. Management is professional and they are knowledgeable about various types of security.

Cons

They don't give any sort of medical or dental benefits. Some of my former co-workers did not have the best communication skills. The chances of getting a raise are slim, possibly because of the economy.
