      I learned a lot about the job market and resume building

      Very toxic leadership, cliquey office, forced to work back in office even though nearly everyone preferred to work remotely just because Pat Welch spends lots of money on that opulent office No career advancement. In fact when they hired to replace me they specifically added to the job posting that they're looking for someone who wants to stay in an entry level role for a while

      Important Mission, Incredible People

      Pros

      Company culture is aspirational to say the least. Management keeps employees happy in pretty much all possible ways- staying flexible and empathetic for a myriad of circumstances. Really just phenomenal people whose mission is to connect people with their ideal match in terms of employment.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind- really just a great place to work.
