Pros

If you're a student looking for a part time job, it's a good opportunity. Also, you may get to take home some food depending on what day/where you work. The other team members are usually quite nice.

Cons

I worked there for a few months, and they have a worker assessment thing where someone from management watches you work before they raise you from a kind of "trial worker" status to an official member. Usually, you're only supposed to be a trial worker for a month before they evaluate you and increase your pay. I worked there for two months before they even mentioned my evaluation, and despite compliments on my work and efficiency they never offered me a chance to get a pay raise. Had my work been low-quality, I understand that idea. But I never even got a chance to prove myself, as every worker was supposed to have. Again, the evaluation is supposed to be a formal thing where someone from management comes in and observes you. One day I went into work, and the manager told me I did not pass. I was never even evaluated! It's not something they're supposed to do in secret. And, if you don't pass the evaluation, I had been told company policies are that you stay as a kind of junior worker. My coworker who had been there for years said she had never seen anything like it, and that they only fire people if they're really really terrible at their job. My manager had even repeatedly told me she wanted to keep me on, especially because I was one of the only workers that spoke English fluently at my location and was really good with the customers. I just wish I knew what had actually happened.
