Where do I start! They advertise on their vehicles and website “Work for the Best". If you go to “Work for the Best" you will soon realize that their moto is far from the truth. The owner is a true narcissist, look it up in the dictionary and you will see his name. All of his managers are his servants all kiss his butt to keep them out of trouble. If you do not do what he wants you will be out. The owner is not a man that can be trusted, his words mean NOTHING! He will happy to get you here and then toss you and your family out in a heartbeat. He does not give a poop!!! He places no value, really on anyone but himself and will be happy to show you that there is only one important person in this company (HIM). If you are not in his family groups that he has hired or from New York you will never be part of his business, he will get rid of you. He will threaten team members that have other family members working for him to get them to do what he wants or he will fire them all. ( I have been told from an employee that works for him)
He has a beautiful facility on the outside and inside, unfortunately you cannot see all of the real issues (the employees). His HR department is a joke and so are his benefits. Working at White Castle would be better than working at BonaDent any day! He personally told me that he really does not give a poop what one of his daughters tells him, he just agrees with them to get them out of his office. How pathetic. What a joke to bribe your employees to write positive reviews when they are all lies!!! ( I have been told by a current employee, how sad). He will wine and dine you and 3 months later he will treat you like poop.
