Junior level employee are innocent & good which I have seen in 2.5 year.

Cons

Full of Lala with bad politics, No growth, It's a small Indian company but lot of politics with no transparencies. A suggestion for every career conscious is never join. If you have started your career & to pass time initially for few month you can think otherwise its a big NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Just one pro. A good boss and friendly environment.

Cons

Nothing to learn. They make you sell insurance and mutual funds to those people who are on the verge of making police complaint for getting due to excessive sales calls from Bonanza. I used to make 60-70 calls a day. if u r pursuing mba from a reputed bschool n unfortunately land up here, its very frustrating!!!

Worked for Bonanza human resource Bangalore location. Poor management, poor client handling, no good rapport with the clients. Zero profits, All Saturdays working where you will not have time at all for personal life, Please dont spoil your career by joining BHRS
