Bonanza's team can best be described as small, but mighty. I've always felt Bonanza does a great job at putting employees in position to succeed by playing to their strengths and interests (and not obsessing over weaknesses). It's the best of both worlds in that you are only expected to handle your job duties, but always have the opportunity to make an impact far beyond if you're driven to do so. The team always has an open ear to ideas, suggested improvements, or new projects you want to tackle. Really happy to be a part of a scrappy, hard-working team like this!

Cons

I've never won a company ping pong tournament despite many attempts. The office has some real talent!
