-great start for you to see how the research market looks like -great job during your studies -home office -flexibility
Cons
-you are working on the same type of projects during the whole time you are part of the team what could cause burnout -as far as I know, once you are working there for full-time, there is yero possibility of the career growth -managers are being overloaded by their own work, so they do not have that much time for you as a part-timer to explain everything, plus they do not have capacity for the empathy nor understanding -I was working there for 4,50€/hour for more than 1,5 year while the new part-timers were having 5€/hour
