Wish they would take on a little more creatively risky ideas or concepts. They have very conservative clients.

I never could figure out what my job was. The job described was not the one desired, so I don't my whole time at Boncom confused about my role. Looks like I wasn't the only one, as most of the people from my team have left the company as well. It was pretty frustrating to work so hard, including nights, weekends, and holidays sometimes, only to come back and be told by clients and management that my work was not the work that was asked for. The people are good, well intentioned, and they do good work, but the work is poorly defined and there is so much wasted time and effort.
