Pros
Company pays 90% of health & dental premium as well as second half of deductible. Very flexible with PTO and time off for doctor appointments. You are able to work on your own initiative. Remote work from home is optional. The company has been around since 1907 and is on 5th generation of Bonds.
Cons
Favoritism and poor people management. There is no reviewing platform to discuss promotions or raises. A little bit like high school. If you're not with the cool kids, you get overlooked for promotions.
