Pros

Hours are good 6am-2:30pm and people are nice

Cons

First they lied to me about the salary! My job transitioned from contractor at Carrier to full time at Bonded. My wage at Carrier was $33 per hour. Bonded told me it was going to be $25 per hour and when I received the offer it was $21 per hour. I was placed in a lesser of two evils situation: either take a 35% pay cut or be unemployed in a very tough job market. Second is the outdated and anachronistic policies. The PTO policy is something out of the 80s or 90s. There is no separation between PTO and sick time! Also, you accrue 2.5 days per quarter meaning you only get 10 PTO days per year! Most companies are giving 15 days per year. Also, the most outdated policy they have is employees have to manually clock in suggesting that management doesn't trust their employees. It's 2025! We should be able to submit hours online like most companies! Lastly, Bonded prefers short term fixes over long term solutions. For example, there is no AC on the warehouse floor at 8400 meaning employees have to work in 90+ degree environments. One employee passed out due to the heat this Summer and their solution was "take a few minutes in the break room to cool off." That is not a long term solution. The client is Carrier- an air conditioner manufacturer! Nobody at Bonded management sees the irony!!! Also, the door at 8400 warehouse has been broken for over a year and nobody has done anything about it. How hard is it to call a locksmith?!?!?
