Pros
Very fun and agile, lean management. Each project consists of an efficient mixture of seniors, juniors, artists and qa. It still feels like a truly indie game company and you have the feeling you are working with people that can solve every problem, definitely the best game company in Austria. Lots of activities and nice people.
Cons
The company scaled fast, so some processes are still to be improved.
