      Pros

      The day is never dull. Everyday is different. You have your properties, your projects, your meetings, your goals. Installs, inspections, reports, projects, meetings, it's all a package and it keeps you busy.

      Cons

      You tend to work alot of overtime, all the time. You get questioned for everything and the blame will typically go to you because it has to go to someone.

      Do No Waste Your Time - Interview Process

      Pros

      The owner was nice and promptly called me after receiving my resume.

      Cons

      Scheduled an interview with them. I went through the interview process and met with management. I continuously followed up with them. There were huge delays from management and HR - Not to say HR and management were never on the same page. Seems to be very unorganized and their management takes days to get back to you. Made me wait almost a whole month to provide an answer. Seems that they strive for that type of business ethic.
