Working here was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I feel compelled to share some of the issues: Customer Experience: After securing 10% of the payment, customers are treated with disrespect, as evident from numerous Google reviews. Fake Positive Reviews: Most of their positive Google reviews are purchased and noticeable patterns of inauthenticity. POSH Complaints: Complaints under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act are treated like routine complaints. Men with serious allegations are retained as long as they contribute to sales. Perverse Leadership: Many Heads of Departments (HODs) & centre heads exhibit inappropriate behavior. Discriminatory Hiring Practices: The organization does not hire female candidates for sales roles, Non-Hindi speaking background, or individuals from minority communities. Discriminatory remarks by HODs & Managers are commonplace, even in professional forums. Zero Employee Engagement: There’s a complete lack of initiatives to engage or support employees. Hierarchy: The culture is steeply hierarchical, fostering an “us vs. them” mentality among HODs and employees. Investors’ Role: If you think Bonito is bad, their investors, House of Abhinandan Lodha and Lodha Ventures, are even worse. Micromanagement: Even managers are treated like schoolchildren. Managers demand access to WhatsApp conversations, email inboxes, and sent items to “validate” if you are working. Working here was one of the most toxic professional experiences I’ve encountered. I strongly advise others to think twice before associating with this organization. I really hope no one falls into this pit & suffers Salary Delays & No Appraisals: With no intimation whatsoever the salaries are delayed. Appraisals are no given & they hold on our variable pay for over 2 years.

1. Total HR team is fraud no one in the HR will help you, there play the games with the employee and pools the employee. 2. Working hours is too high won't bought about the employee. 3. No respect on the floor 4. No one work more then 3 to 4 month. 5. Not paid proper salary on time nor variable pay, 6. Entire management issues zero ethics all of the manager are low qualified and head also. 7. CEO doesn't take care about what is happening on the floor nor HR on one else to took into it. 8. HR has been trapped on the time of interview by giving the fake comments and one we ask them there say now HR has been resign it so we don't know about it or else if we mail to the upper authority person then there will remove from the company.
