      Pros

      A lot of great people that work there.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not based on how great you do but what the next "step" is. You could be terrible and still get the minimum. You can be a rockstar and be limited to only the minimum.

      Pros

      Benefits include dental, vision, and health. As far as the healthcare goes, you'll have to go to their facility to make it worth it, however. You can get sick leave and PTO (you can cash this bank out when you leave.) Fellow employees are usually great to get along with.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible unless you unionize, which we nearly did before management threatened us that we were going to become "murderers" for killing patients. HR and the higher-ups also hardly even considered an increase to accommodate the cost of living here.

      Poorly managed from the top down

      Pros

      There are many talented doctors, nurses, and therapists to work alongside.

      Cons

      Lots of trash politics, incompetent management and protection of each other that negatively impacts overall staff. It’s like a bad joke to see how the hospital blows through money and salaries of those who barely do anything or care about quality of care meanwhile those who bust their bottoms for patients and the organization are treated like dogs.
