Your peers are talented, compassionate, and dedicated individuals doing their best in a difficult environment.

Cons

The company is its own biggest obstacle. Talented people arrive eager to contribute, only to leave discouraged. The founder’s conduct is exactly as described in other glassdoor reviews. We are told to adapt or stay silent when he demeans colleagues in open channels. Leadership denies enabling this pattern, yet their inaction sustains it.
