I have been working for Book Systems for more than 24 years, and it has been an amazing journey. Many of my colleagues have also been with Book Systems for 16 years or more. I truly enjoy working with an incredible team of employees who genuinely care for each other, are dedicated to the company's success, and put the needs of our customers first. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in such a great company.

Got to work alongside some really smart people No micromanaging Very flexible

Cons

Pay is pretty weak for tech positions Small development shop, so if someone's slacking others have to pick up the work Outside of development, company politics can be a bit much.
