Really smart, kind, intellectual people. It's a culture that rewards both introverts and extroverts which I've found, in tech, is rare. Great benefits, and deep though given to work-life balance.

Cons

Growth can be slow due to nature of product/publishing, and salaries aren't particularly competitive. However if you're interested in publishing and /or a thoughtful, inclusive culture, I couldn't recommend it more

Definitely a company that cares about its employees. Coworkers want you to grow and are always there to help you with your career goals.

Cons

Remote work can be a bit isolating, but BookBub did all they could to foster community.
