While raised in recent years, the salary still remains practically unlivable, especially in Austin, where the cost of living is higher than anywhere else in Texas.

Very dull role to set up and deconstruct chairs, author materials, etc. I think some staff feel frustration about pay / management but what isn't new. Otherwise generally nice environment and very nice coworkers
