Not exactly one of the best companies to work for. After I announced that I was going to be a father, the reaction was not the best from my manager and that was only because I had only just joined. After noticing some disappointment we came to a mutual decision not to continue, agreeing that they would inform me that I had not passed my probationary period and I would not complain. After a month and a half, the company has not fulfilled what was agreed and I am still waiting for official communication from their personnel department. Furthermore, the commission plan has not ever been very clear and it was only after a week, after continuous pressure, that I was able to see it.

Canadian parent company had the adverse effect of large staff turnover, and the culture suffered because of that and the change to fully remote work post Covid.
