Working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I’m lucky to be part of a supportive, collaborative team with a boss who provides guidance, trust, and genuine opportunities for growth. This role has helped me discover what I truly enjoy in my career, and I appreciate the continuous learning it offers. The remote setup and the bit of flexi time given are also great advantages.
Cons
If there’s anything to note, it would be the working hours. Since I’m based in a different country, I work night shifts to align with the team’s schedule. While it can be challenging at times, the flexibility provided helps make it manageable.
