      Somewhat flexible schedule, nice clientele

      Cons

      Zero processes and procedures are kept in place, inappropriate management behavior, more time spent on creating processes that don't stick instead of getting work done, work overload, excuses and lies told to clients, ZERO leadership

      Pros

      Smaller firm, diverse client pool; originally cared about employees and clients.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment; everything is a contradiction; stresses procedures and structure then frequently changes them; is all for work/life balance but everything is questioned; upper management is petty with childish behavior; the owner has pretty much checked out; asks for imput and opinions, but then disregards or tell you that you are wrong.
