      Pros

      Bookspring is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. They definitely believe that family is important. Training is provided. We are like a family and have lunches together frequently to just laugh and take our minds off the stresses of work. There are many opportunities for advancement. These are just a few reasons why Bookspring is a great company to work for, among many many more!

(Early morning or later evenings) Paid Holidays and Snow Days PTO Flexibility, use for appointments, vacations, or sick days Paid time to vote on election day 401(k) Health Insurance Plans Offered Encouragement for personal growth (Continuing education) Fun environment (Work hard and play hard) Free Parking at MLK Parking Ramp Group Lunches and Holiday Shenanigans

      Hard to find the office location if you don't know where you're going. The building is old, so the heating and cooling has trouble keeping up.

      The pay was the only good thing.

      Cons

      The boss talks behind your back and their is practically no training. You have to figure things out on your own. The office was very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter.
