      Pros

      The best part of working at Bookwitty is the team. Everyone is fun, and the attitude in the office is positive and collaborative.

      Cons

      Like in most offices, communication is something that needs to be worked on more. Working a lot with remote teams mean that there are possibilities for miscommunication and meeting creep.

      Pros

      Very open structure, flat hierarchy, a very passionate and talented multidisciplinary team spanning the globe, and the work is interesting and challenging. Flexible hours to a degree.

      Cons

      Some crunch time, but that's hardly unexpected in a tech company. Some processes can be improved upon, but that's already being worked on.
