- Toxic work environment, people are very competitive and two-faced. - Double standards depending if you’re liked by leadership - Being overworked and no encouragement - No salary reviews unless you suck up to leadership. - 0 culture - Leadership are very vile, will try to make you feel worthless and find every opportunity to tell you off if they don’t like you despite of your performance. - Constant change of clients, as the company doesn’t have their own and relies on Publicis’ clients. - High turnover of staff as people are constantly leaving because of the above and they have to rely on freelance.
