      Best Bonus Some good boss Products sell themselves Rich company Nice benefits Nice salary Good reputation for only Thais Old company

      Cons

      Only politics, they only play games. No standard policy as anything can change at anytime. Too many retired consultants, those are closed-minded, want to be in the big role and powerful but lack of any work ethics and always being a prisoner of history. Too many low-educated management. Too many none-skilled. Lack of good people. Anyone can join the company if they know one of the managements. The worst place with non-English speaking staffs. Too many frauds. More..and more...

      Pros

      Beautiful salary and benefits and fast career growing if you know how to play in a game which you don’t need to be good at work.

      Cons

      Don’t work here if you want to improve your skill, career and future. Culture is still being the one in the old day. Seniority strongly remains and will be forever. Way too many elderly employees who are still victims of history, never open to new generations and thoughts. Only thing to help you grow real fast and survive is you need to butter them up. 20-30% of employees are through connections, so you are the odd one out you will be very suffer, as mentioned, you need to know how to be in the game. English skill for modern day is also way too below average, consider extremely poor English company.

      - Big bonus - Work-life balance - Good reputation company in Thailand - Treat employee like a family - Strong connection

      Cons

      - No parking lot if you arrived the head office after 8am. - Hierarchical management - Follow the boss only. You could raise an idea but if he has something in his mind already, he won't listen to you with all data in this world. - 10+ levels in company - almost no development in career path. - Lack skills in work could be redeemed by your length of employment. - Visions and actions are unparallel. - Men and woman ratio is about 80:20 - sexual harassment is nearly normalized
