No growth, stagnant teams, only a few good leaders that are kept down. Management/owners claim they want change for the better but they do not. Terrible place to let your kid work because they don't actually learn anything that translates to other parts of the F&B industry. I wouldn't let my kid work there and I was a manager. The upper management is just concerned with catering to keeping kids soft and giving into complaints right away. Management should be ashamed. Not good for the kids growth and becoming an adult. They'll go to their next job and be thrown into the fire basically. Everything was dirty and unorganized before I got there. Appearances and hygiene were not acknowledged. Employees doing the bare minimum were held onto. The kids were completely void of any knowledge for serving/customer service or emergency protocols. The training is crap, they took things I suggested and threw them into their training videos. This is a great job if your kid is mindless and wants to be lazy. The soda machines/nozzles aren't ever sanitized, silverware isn't polished, and the kids have no real idea how to handle food properly. I can't even imagine what they do when management isn't around/ PM & Sunday shifts. The other property was 80% better because they actually have adults working there due to the bar. All in all, hopefully this property will get better and let go of their old staff/hire adults since they're putting in a bar.
