      Poor leadership with favoritism

      Pros

      Annual performance reviews with increase & fair benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership is non confrontational and does not discipline negative, troublesome employees. Increases and wages are minimal as well as bonuses, if you even get one. Nearly no room for growth. Production and fork lift drivers do not make enough money.

      Pros

      You have the autonomy to build your own schedule but this is also driven by the clients you work with. If someone needs assistance, you’re the main contact for them and are expected to do everything to help them and then flex time later in the week.

      Cons

      There’s not a lot of opportunity to flex time but you also aren’t allowed to get overtime much - even if you work it.
