      Pros

      Great city but that doesn't translate into Boone. "I believe in Boone" is a joke anymore. Check their other page "Boone Hospital" for honest reviews

      Cons

      Management has no accountability, alienates the staff still working there. Worked there for over 10 years and unfortunately the move from BJC to independent will eventually kill them. Every unit is understaff, turnover is high, patient outcome cannot be that great. If you enjoy feeling like your job makes no impact on healthcare, this is the place for you

      Pros

      The work environment at Boone is better than almost any other place I have been employed. It seems like there is a sense of inclusion and like everyone is looking out for the best interests of others.

      Cons

      As with any situation in life, there a some people who don't particularly fit into the highlights of Boone culture. They are few and far between though.
