Diverse historical assets portfolio, strong history of funding and support, has wonderful and caring volunteer base with a good board at this time (3/9/2018).
Cons
Community education is required. Needs strong focus on nonprofit, P&P development and fund development while in a process of building a stronger membership base. Must train in volunteers and build up the entire organization around best practices.
