Pros

They pay me on time.

Cons

Horrendous benefits. It's essentially emergency insurance. They pay for very little of it and there is no option besides the high deductible plan. They want to be a modern company while having a culture from the 1980s.

Good peers who are enjoyable to be around. Encouraged opportunity to be able to move around and find new positions.

Cons

They treat you like children. Truly felt like I had more freedom in middle school. Bad benefits and pay but expected quality work of top paying companies
