Pros

I worked at Boost for 18 months. It's a democratic place where everyone ideas are taken into consideration. You can learn Rails and Agile methodology here as they are very open to Rails newbie. There's no hierarchy structure so you won't have to deal with politics like other workplace.

Cons

Career development(for developer) may be somewhat limited as the business focus seems to be more on Agile side.
