      Cons

      The only downside is that the pay rates aren’t as competitive as one might hope, especially given the higher cost of living in the areas where many employees are based. It’s an area where the company could improve to better match the value of its fantastic workplace culture.

      Supportive and inspiring management. Excellent work-life balance. Amazing team. Productive environment. Hybrid/Remote options. I'm still early in my position, but have really enjoyed my time working here.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are communication issues between management, but they're being worked on with better processes and teamwork.
