Pros

It’s good to join initially because it offers a strong learning curve and good growth opportunities.

Cons

After some time, the work culture started to decline. Employee concerns were not properly considered, and micromanagement and office politics became more prominent. This made the work environment difficult, especially due to the lack of appreciation and recognition.

Pros

BootLabsTech is an excellent company for anyone passionate about cloud technologies. The team works on modern, scalable cloud-native solutions, and you get to be hands-on with platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. The leadership is approachable, transparent, and encourages continuous learning and experimentation. Flat hierarchy, collaborative work culture, and a strong sense of ownership. You get the chance to work with clients across domains, which keeps things dynamic and challenging. Great exposure to cutting-edge tools and a startup-like environment that values speed and innovation.

Cons

Since it’s a growing company, processes are still evolving, but the leadership is open to feedback and quick to adapt.
