      As a Staff Engineer, I have the opportunity to actively contribute to and influence key architectural decisions and the overall technical strategy of the company. This is rewarding as I can see my expertise directly shaping our products and platforms. The work involves tackling complex technical challenges. Company fosters a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and mentorship are encouraged. I enjoy working at Boozt, whereas many talented colleagues.

      Cons

      I've worked as a Team Lead (management) position and now I'm back in a senior technical role. What I've noticed is that the higher the position, the more stress you get. Being a manager doesn’t provide any benefits besides more stress.
